**Grant joined** [**Reassured**](/content/about-reassured/index.html) **in May 2018 as a Finance Manager when the business first moved to Basingstoke with circa 300 members of staff.**

He then moved on to support the business through the successful minority investment of [Bridgepoint](/content/press-releases/bridgepoint-development-capital-invest-in-reassured/index.html) and naturally progressed to Commercial Finance Director in 2023.
